刘央律师毕业于西南政法大学（法学学士）、香港大学法学院（普通法硕士、哲学博士）、哈佛大学法学院（法学硕士）。曾任复旦大学法学院博士后，现任华东政法大学国际法学院讲师（助理教授）。曾在北京市汉坤律师事务所上海分所、北京市海问律师事务所上海分所执业，现为上海吾契律师事务所高级顾问。
